If you are ordering new phone number from us – setup usually takes 10-15 minutes. If you are planning to use your existing phone number – please call us to discuss.
Do I require any hardware / software installed in my office?
No hardware or software installation required. All settings can be managed via
customer portal.
How can I setup and change my settings for diverting to
multiple mobiles, setting up greetings, call menu, etc.
You will have access to all your settings via
customer portal.
How do I pay for the services?
Billing occurs on a monthly basis, we simply charge your credit card and send you a commercial tax invoice at the beginning of the month.
Are the greeting messages / setting business hours cost
any extra?
No. Everything is included in your package and can be freely accessed via
customer portal.
